Practicalities

Sessions are currently being offered remotely (via zoom) or in-person.

Practice days and times:

• Mon evening (zoom)

• Thurs evening (in-person)

• Saturday morning (in-person)

Individual therapy  (50 minute session):  £100

Couple/relationship therapy (50 minute session):  £120

EMDR session (50 minute session):  £100

Price agreements in place with leading insurers.

Fees are reviewed annually on the 1st of April. 

Payment for the session is made prior to the appointment.  Payment is accepted by bank transfer.

Session cancellations are requested four weeks in advance to avoid a 50% charge of the cancelled session.

I am registered with a number of private health insurance companies.  If you would like to access psychological therapy via health insurance please contact your provider and obtain an authorisation code or contact me for further information.
