About Me

I have worked therapeutically with clients for over a decade, and within the healthcare field for over twenty years.  I've gained a range of experience providing psychological therapy within the NHS, private sector and charities.  In addition to my independent practice I currently hold a psychologist post in an NHS HIV and Sexual Health Service in Central London.

I have a keen interest in the areas of sexuality and sexual problems.  My doctoral thesis examined male sexual dysfunction and its treatments.  I have completed a specialist postgraduate training in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy to further my expertise in this area.

In addition to my clinical work I have been employed as an associate lecturer for the University of Roehampton, and Birkbeck, University of London.  I lectured and assessed on a range of counselling issues, mental health topics and research methodologies.

I supervise trainee clinical and counselling psychologists and other healthcare providers.
